The service and this agreement
Installens is operated by Digital Karınca, 6523 Sokak No: 32/CB AVM Giriş Park Yaşam Ticaret Merkezi, Karşıyaka/İzmir, Türkiye. It helps professional teams collect Wi-Fi installation evidence, run pre-checks, review work and share versioned handover reports. These terms describe the conditions for using the service.
Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and, when acting for an organization, have authority to do so. Your organization’s separately agreed order, pilot or service agreement may add conditions and takes precedence for a direct conflict. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. If you cannot accept the applicable terms, do not create a workspace or upload evidence.
Our Privacy policy explains information processing. Agreement to these terms is not blanket consent for unrelated personal-data processing.
Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information, use an email address you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Passwords must meet the application’s requirements, including a minimum of 12 characters. Complete email verification when requested. Accounts are intended for authorized professional users, not children.
Workspace administrators are responsible for member invitations, roles, assignments and appropriate recipients. Review access when a person changes role or leaves the team. Do not share credentials, impersonate someone, bypass access controls, or access another organization’s records without permission. Tell us promptly if an account or sharing link may be compromised.
Devices, files and offline work
Installens runs in a current browser on a phone, tablet or computer and can be added to a supported device’s home screen as a progressive web app. Use an up-to-date browser, allow the storage needed for sign-in and offline work, and use a secure connection for the live service. Home-screen installation, camera access and push notifications depend on browser and operating-system support.
Evidence uploads accept JPEG, PNG and WebP images or PDF documents, up to 20 MB per file, subject to validation and workspace requirements. iPhone HEIC (High Efficiency) photos are converted to a JPEG copy for upload when the browser can read them; keep the original HEIC. If conversion is not available, export a JPEG from Photos (Share → Options → Most Compatible) or set Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, then choose that copy.
Open assigned jobs while connected before working offline. Supported files can be queued locally; reconnect with the application open to finish uploading. Submission, reviewer decisions and server changes need a connection. A file saved on your device is not yet a verified server upload.
Keep originals until upload verification finishes. Local job details expire after seven days and browser storage can be cleared. Signing out preserves pending originals for recovery; Remove from this device also removes pending files for that account. These actions do not delete server records.
Your evidence and permitted use
You or the relevant rights holder retain rights in uploaded content. You authorize Digital Karınca and the service providers used for your workspace to host, process, display, check and deliver that content as needed to provide the agreed service and your requested sharing actions.
You must have the rights, site permissions and personal-data permissions needed to capture, upload and share evidence. Keep records relevant and accurate, give required notices, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. Do not upload malware or unlawful material, falsify evidence, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe data outside your authorized scope.
Installens software, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your workspace access does not transfer those rights or allow you to represent that you own or certify the service.
AI checks and human decisions
Uploaded means the file reached the workspace. Conforms means the pre-check found a match against the configured criteria. Approved means a person reviewed and approved the submitted evidence. These are separate states.
AI can misread a label, miss context or return an incomplete result. Reviewers must examine the evidence and job requirements, request corrections when needed and record their own decision. A published report records a reviewed snapshot; it does not establish that every physical condition on site has been inspected.
Installens is not a substitute for a site inspection, qualified technical judgment, safety checks or regulatory certification. Your organization remains responsible for its installation work, acceptance criteria and handover decisions.
Reports and recipients
Published reports preserve a versioned snapshot of evidence and decisions. Later corrections do not silently rewrite an issued version. Select the right version, documents and recipients before sharing.
Named-account access is the default. If you choose a private recipient link, anyone who holds it can open the report for seven days unless the link is revoked earlier. Treat it as confidential. Revoking either form of access does not recall previously downloaded files or copies forwarded outside the service.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Pilot access, available features, usage limits and any fees depend on your workspace’s agreement. Where online checkout is enabled, the selected offer and checkout explain the price, currency, taxes, billing interval and any renewal or trial conditions before payment. We do not treat an unpublished plan or an illustrative price as a binding offer.
The configured billing provider processes payment. Follow the subscription-management instructions shown with your purchase or contact us for help with cancellation, payment disputes or a refund request. Eligibility and timing depend on the agreed offer and applicable law; these terms do not introduce an unannounced no-refund rule or waive mandatory rights.
A scheduled cancellation may leave access available through the provider’s recorded paid-through period. Access follows verified subscription status and the workspace agreement. A payment failure, refund or loss of access does not automatically erase evidence. Arrange any needed export and retention requirements with your administrator and us.
Availability and ending access
Maintenance, network conditions and third-party interruptions can affect availability, uploads, pre-checks and notifications. A fixed uptime, delivery time or recovery guarantee applies only if it is expressly included in your service agreement. Notification delivery is not a substitute for checking the current job status.
Access may be restricted when needed to address a security incident, unlawful use, a material breach or the end of an agreed entitlement. Contact us to resolve an access issue or request account closure. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the restriction and coordinate next steps with the workspace administrator.
Ending access, archiving records or cancelling a job does not itself delete stored evidence. Retention and any deletion request are handled as described in the Privacy policy. Keep copies of deliverables your organization needs independently of continued service access.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations and conduct under applicable law and the service agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes statutory data-protection or consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
Digital Karınca is based in Türkiye. These terms are governed by Turkish law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. They do not require you to give up access to a competent court or authority.
We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes to an agreed paid service are subject to the relevant agreement, required notice and applicable law; an update does not retroactively remove accrued rights.
